* FOR COURSES & WORKSHOPS: Full payment can be made upon registration. This should be done, in person, at theLife Long Learning Center.

A discount of $25.00 USD will be applied if the participant makes their payment within three weeks of the course commencement. If the participant does not live in Merida and cannot make the advance payment, Contact us for further instructions.

* FOR TRAVEL OPTIONS: A deposit of $300.00 USD (or the equivalent in Mexican Pesos) is payable upon registration. This should be made, in person at the Life Long Learning Center. The balance is due 30 days before the trip departs.If the participant does not live in Merida and cannot make the advance payments, Contact us for further instructions.

* CANCELLATIONS: A full refund (less a $20.00 USD administration charge) will be made if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to the start of any course, workshop or travel option. A refund of 50% will be made if cancellation is received within 15 days. There will be no refund for cancellation if notification is received less than 15 days prior to commencement of courses, workshops or travel options.
